1. DOT REGULATIONS All members shall comply with the current SAMSA regulations as applicable to Dive Charter operations in Sodwana Bay. 2. PROFESSIONAL DIVE ORGANISATIONS All members shall comply with the rules and regulations of an accepted Dive Organisation such as but not limited to PADI, NAUI, CMAS, BSAC, SSI, SAUU, TDI & ANDI 3. MANPOWER All members shall comply with the current MANPOWER regulations as applicable to Dive Charter operations in Sodwana Bay such as but not limited to : 4. APPEARANCE All members shall ensure their staff have an acceptable appearance consistent with a professional operation. This shall include compulsory uniforms of an accepted standard to be worn by all the members employees. 5. CONTROL OVER THE DRIVING OF BOATS Although covered by the DOT regulations the members must ensure that their skippers operate their boats in a safe and professional manner. |
