Typical Brackwater Desalination Plant

RSE Projects manufactures a range of Brackwater and Seawater desalination plants (Osmosal Brackflow and Seaflow) to suit every need.  From small single membrane units producing 20 l/hr of potable water to large units producing 20m³/hr and greater.

All plants are manufactured locally using state of the art components, with attention being paid to the reliability of the parts in service.

Small Capacity Plants

The smaller plants utilise 316 stainless steel piping and fittings, and a suitable high-pressure pump.  All units are extremely competitively priced.   Listed below are a few models available:

All the above flow rates and operating pressures are calculated at a   seawater feed temperature of 25°C.

Large Capacity Plants

The larger units utilise components that are completely suited to seawater applications.  Typical materials of construction include stainless steel piping and fittings, aluminium bronze or stainless steel pumps, stainless steel valves, PVC feed piping and FRP filter vessels.

The larger plants are supplied with optional pre-treatment systems.   This will be required in areas where the seawater is drawn directly from the sea.   In applications where the seawater is drawn from boreholes, then no pre-treatment equipment will be required subject to adequate analysis of the water.

RSE Projects produce a range of standard sized plants completely skid mounted and available to ship world-wide.

Mobile Purification Plants

RSE Projects manufactures a range of mobile desalination plants for the desalination of ground water or seawater.

These plants are fully self-contained including generators pumps etc.

They are available in a range of sizes from 500 - 5000 l/hr and can treat salinities from 200 - 36000 mg/l.
