PACKAGE WATER TREATMENT PLANTS RSE projects is proud to introduce you to the Watermaker. The most versatile and easy to operate plant available in the World. Designed for African conditions, the Watermaker purification plant can purify water of any quality (excluding saline water) to WHO standards for drinking.
The Benefits of the Watermaker are as follows:
The WATERMAKER system represents a major advance in water purification technology. It is so simple in concept and execution that only the most basic supervision is required to provide a reliable source of pure drinking water. The WATERMAKER successfully overcomes the shortcomings of traditional small-scale water purification plants by eliminating complicated controls and procedures. In this respect all WATERMAKER plants are unique in that no knowledge of chemical dosing, pH, flocculation, or their adjustment is required to operate a plant successfully on an on-going basis. The quality of potable water is maintained regardless of fluctuating raw water turbidity due to rainfall or varying river flows which may affect some types of small-scale purification plants. The WATERMAKER system utilises a unique flocculent composition, which has been proven in South Africa, and other countries, to be extremely effective in the clarification of any naturally polluted raw water source, regardless of turbidity, at a single fixed dosage. WATERMAKER powder is based on the well-known "Chlor-Floc" tablets and powders. The composition is identical in all aspects except that it does not contain chlorine. It is doubtful whether any other field pick-up purification chemical or device has been tested so stringently and has passed so many tests as Chlor-Floc. A 1986 protocol, published by the EPA, requires the testing of water purifiers in a simulated worst case water, defined by the EPA and containing salts, humic substances, colloidal material and very severe contamination with enteric bacteria, resistant viruses and Giardia cysts. IN JUNE 1999-07-20 CHLOR-FLOC WAS THE ONLY DRINKING WATER TABLET THAT HAD FULFILLED THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE NEW PROTOCOL AND WAS AWARDED AN EPA REGISTRATION.
Typical Flow Diagram CONTINUOUS FILTRATION RSE Projects manufacture a range of skid-mounted package water treatment plants for larger volumes. From 30 000 l/hr to 100 m3/hr plants and larger, we can design a package plant to suit your needs. Using Dual-media Pressure filters as the backbone of the systems, the quality of water produced by the package plants is more than suitable for drinking purposes. Plants are available in a number of different configurations depending on the quality of the feed water. Options include:
All plants are manufactured in South Africa, and can be shipped worldwide. So please contact us for your next package water treatment plant. |
