Progressus Research and Development Consultancy was established in 1993. Our main areas of specialisation are Socio-economic Research, with an emphasis on Capacity Building. In other words, communities which are being researched are empowered through training and support to be involved in the research. This has lead to the creation of thousands of casual work opportunities for people who have no permanent employment. Progressus' involvement has left communities and organisations with specific skills and references which led them to employment, or assist them in furthering their careers.

Other services that we offer are Life Skills Training. These workshops include various skills necessary to cope efficiently with everyday life. Various workshops exist for Adults (from the unemployed, to the retrenched, to the executive), Teenagers (including emotional intelligence, career planning, and development), Housewives, Mothers, Female Executives, etc.
