If you report problems with T-Rex, we will be glad to try and resolve them. If you have suggestions about how the component could be improved to be more useful to you, they will be welcomed.
When you buy a developer licence, you get guaranteed support for 90 days. The guarantee means that if T-Rex does not work in your application, we will do our best to fix it so that it does work. If we can't fix the defect we will refund your licence fee.
We will support you even if you have not yet licensed T-Rex, but the support will be limited to getting the components installed and working to allow you to evaluate them, and if your problem requires program changes, they may be accorded a low priority.
When you report problems, it is really important for us to know what release of T-Rex you are running (the problem you report may already have been identified and fixed in a later release). The revision number of the code is returned by the string function TRex.Revision.
T-Rex is produced by a member of the Association of Shareware
Professionals (ASP). ASP wants to make sure that the shareware
principle works for you. If you are unable to resolve a
shareware-related problem with an ASP member by contacting the member
directly, ASP may be able to help. The ASP Ombudsman can help you
resolve a dispute or problem with an ASP member, but does not provide
technical support for members' products. Please write to the ASP Ombudsman at 157-F Love Ave., Greenwood, IN 46142 USA, fax 317-888-2195,
or send email to
