Education, including religious education and sexuality education is the primary responsibility of the parents and family. Many parents, in different cultures, do not feel equipped or comfortable to handle this topic with their children.  From surveys it has been established that many children get the bulk of their sexuality education from their peers and from the media e.g. magazines, or watching TV.
