Situated
within the rolling hills of the Mpumalanga escarpment, only two-and-a-half
hours from Johannesburg lies the historic town of Waterval Boven.
Home to a thriving trout fishing Club, visitors to the region can explore to their heart's content two well-stocked trout dams literally on their doorstep as well as some lovely beats of the Elands River, which host both wild and stocked rainbow trout.
The view of the town from the pleasant banks of one of the Club dams.
