About the Dullstroom Village Weather Station
Dullstroom is situated 2050m above sea level in the Steenkampsberg range and has a cool sub-alpine climate. Weather conditions in the area can change rapidly, four seasons in a day is not uncommon and that is why I opened the station.

Recording of weather conditions was started in June 2007 and went live on the web in September of 2007. The station consists of two semi-automated computer systems that record weather data 24/7 and uploaded to the web site every half hour weather permitting.

The site will change as more programs and data become available at reasonable rates, but for this I need support.

As the station is not a business, I rely on sponsors and donations to help with the upkeep and replacement of equipment. Sponsorship takes the form of a linked banner on the index page of the web site at a cost of R 300.00 per year. For more information, I can be contacted at +27 13 254 0770.
