A comprehensive work for anyone with an interest in gallantry awards. This publication covers all decorations, medals and awards for gallantry to members of the South African Police during the period when South Africa was a member of the British Commonwealth and later as a Republic. A previously unpublished CASUALTY SECTION contains the names of 2900 casualties, including both world wars and the bush war in Rhodesia and South West Africa.

This book contains two sections dealing specifically with WORLD WAR ONE and WORLD WAR TWO.

This A4, hard backed, publication has 420 pages and contains the names of 1563 men who were decorated for gallantry. Most awards include citations never before published.
