This
award winning guest house was originally designed by Norman Eaton for world-famous South
African artist Walter Battiss in 1939. Eaton's advice to Battiss was "to let
the grass grow, let the place fall to pieces." Rescued from being demolished
Battiss House was lovingly renovated in 1986.
Ray Zeederberg, has
created a wonderful and peaceful guest house environment, built around leafy courtyards,
complemented by her cheerful and dedicated team offers a warm welcome & attentive
personal service.
All Rooms have en-suite
bathrooms, telephone, T.V. and well equipped kitchenettes. Lock-up and off street
